Hi, I had a bigger review, but I accidently pressed the back button. I can't give the place a 5 yet because I've only been here once. To summarize what would have been a much more gloious post if not for my finger, these folks are nice and good at what they do in my opinion so far.

My bichon frise is over 15 years old and going blind from cataracts. I brought him in to get his nails clipped. I explained to the girl that he was old and nearly blind so I have to approach him softly and gently touch him so he knows I am there; otherwise he gets afraid and snappy. The two girls attempted to quickly cut his nails by holding him in an upright position while seated and cut one nail too short so that it bled. He was screaming and scared, tried to bite them and peed all over the place. He has never behaved in this manner before and I feel if they had taken some time and not placed him in a vulnerable position he would not have been traumatized. They need some training for elderly/blind dogs.

I have been taking my dogs to them for over 20 years and they are outstanding. They realy care about your pet.......Thanks for everything over the years. Mike

I bring my dog to see Dr.Pyle. He is an amazeing Vet and wouldnt take my dog anywhere else or to anyone else. Thanks Dr.Pyle for all your hard work and care for your patients. The staff is very nice as well. Definately recommend to everyone to give Dr. Pyle a chance. He treats your pets as family, the way it should be. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
