Good doctors and pet grooming services. The staff is also very pleasant

Sooo happy I found this place!!...this people are honest and care about your pets!...i took my sick cat Noelle there.. and as soon as i came in i knew this was a good place they rapidly took my cat and ask me all sorts of questions about her...they were friendly and knowledgeable,after a while waiting the manager Noemi explained very clear to me what was need it to be done and work with me with prices wich and very grateful for that!!!...if your love your pet you will be happy to take there!...in top of that the place is clean and smell great!....I will definitely will be back!...Noelle is doing great!

I went to Cutler Bay Animal Clinic about a week ago and felt so welcomed. All of the employees were extremely nice, they treated my dog with care and were very professional. They made sure they informed me of everything they were doing and even talked to me about their health insurance, which was actually affordable and convenient. I had a great experience here, I recommend.

we found out that my dog had parvo because he had been having dhiarreah with blood for the past 2 days he was looking very down a friend of mine recommended i take him to cutler bay animal clinic and so we did right away the vet looked very concerned about my pet unfortunatley i did not vaccinate him on time the doctor recommended we do a parvo test first thing to avoid all other costs for other analysis if it wasnt necessary . she really understood that i did not have that much money and did her best to help. the next thing we knew the test was positive and we were told he would under go a treatment which would leave him hospitalized for 3-4 days and he had to be on fluids and iv's but it was still a 50/50 chance the doctor was honest from the begining. i came everyday they allowed me to visit my sick pet so he did not think i had abandoned him and would help bring up his spirits . they took my puppy's critical condition with such care they called me everyday to tell me how he was doing no matter how busy they were. i truly want to thank the entire staff at cutler bay animal clinic for all of their effort care and support !! because of you guys my puppy is now 1000 times better and still is with us the kids were so happy to have him back THANK YOU CUTLER BAY ANIMAL CLINIC FOR SAVING MY PUPPYS LIFE

WORST EXPERIENCE: I purchased a groupon for a routine checkup for Cutler Bay Animal Clinic, this is what they are called now. Everyone was very friendly at first, they charged me $300 for neuter and teeth cleaning, advised me that I had to just pay for pain medication when I pick up my dog. I picked up my dog and they forgot to take IV out of my dogs leg, I had to remind them. I ended up paying over $100 additional for everything including an expensive appetite enhancer that my dog wont drink. There was no personalized service which I am accustomed to after raising dogs all my life, I found them to be careless and negligent. When I called to find out how much the pain meds would cost nobody knew, they had no idea but assured me it would not cost over $100.00 The doctor never came out to speak with me after the surgery, once they had the money they didn’t care about my pet. I asked several times how did the teeth cleaning go and nobody knew if they had extracted any teeth. A day later Noemi Soler called me and I explained to her that I found the staff very unprofessional and still did not know if they had extracted any teeth from my dog. She assured me she will find out and get right back to me, it's been a week now, and I have not heard anything from them. 2 days later my dog started bleeding under his skin, what did they do? I had to take my dog to another vet, I surely was not going to take him back to them. Save your pet and DO NOT TAKE HIM/HER to this clinic. They are very unprofessional. They will quote you one price and when you pay, they will charge you a different fee. There is no rating for very poor or -0, that's what I would rate them. This was the most unprofessional organization I have ever done business with. I DO NOT recommend Cutler Bay Animal Clinic them to anyone!!!
