Where to start...very unorganized staff that obviously has an issue communicating amongst themselves. Went to buy some bird food and asked about the possibility of ordering a 20lb bag....we were supposed to receive a call back about this possibility. 2 months later we go back (today) and not only do they give us out of date bird food but then when we asked again about the possibility of ordering a larger back we were told "I never got that message and what we have is what we got.." very snobby and RUDE staff beyond any comparison. I would never consider bringing an animal in if this is how they treat customers only buying food products. From now on we'll only do busy with Winter Park Animal Hospital where they are friendly and helpful...even if it is an hour away from me......

I've had my animals with Dr. English for as long as I can remember - and we've had cats, dogs, and many many more animals since I was six. Sixteen years later, Dr. English is still the BEST, and though I live an hour away that's where I bring my animals!
