Dr. John is the best vet in Fort Myers, hands down. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate veterinarian for their pet. Words can not express how grateful I to have him in my dog's life. He took care of my Zeus, after relocating to Fort Myers. I had used the same veterinarian for Zeus and my beloved golden retrievers who have since passed, for over 10 years and never dreamed I could have found a replacement. Alas, we found Dr. John and will never worry if he has quality care. Zeus had a bad reaction to a medication, and Dr. John saw him on an emergent basis, waived his exam fee, and refunded me for his meds. He called over a holiday weekend to ensure Zeus was feeling better, and suggested a topical alternative (which was not carried in office, thus, no revenue) which he wrote a script to fill online. We would be lost without him and his amazing staff.

We have used Dr. John at Summerlin Animal Hospital ever since we moved to Florida. Our dog has had several health issues and he is been so knowledgeable and compassionate. I trust his judgment. Whenever I go back up north and have to visit our vet there, I feel like I have a base of knowledge because of Dr. John. I value his opinion and trust him with the care of our dog who is 10 years old. I would never switch.

We have been taking our animals here for years. The staff is always ready to assist and are very compassionate when things are looking bad. We even had an emergency situation recently that Doctor John and the staff jumped in and did everything possible. Our dachshund was in good hands and after an unexpected emergency surgery, he is better than ever. We would not trust my "babies" to anyone else!

Dr. John and Dr. Karen have always taken care of my two dogs. They are very caring doctors and do a great job. They are sure that your pets have their shots and what ever else is needed in a timely manner. Recently I had to have one of my dogs put down and Dr. John was so caring for my pet as well as me and it meant a lot. My pets get reminders on the computer as to what is needed for them and they also get birthday cards which is very nice. I have never had to wait in the office for an extended period of time which is very nice. I would recommend this office to anyone who cares a lot about the health of their pet.

We have been taking our pets to Summerlin Animal Hospital for years and would never think of going elsewhere. Dr John and Dr Karen are very professional and compassionate. They work with us in an attempt to keep our pets healthy and are always there for us when there is a need. The staff is awesome - willing to go the extra mile. They are like family and treat our pets as if they were their own. Thank you for being there for us!
