Amazing! I seriously feel like they don't just want your money, they actually care about your animal and try to tell you all you can do to have a happy healthy pet. I had changed vets when I moved an hour north up and my new vet wanted to charge me 250$ deposit just to look at my dogs torn paw pad. I was a regular client at this vet so I couldn't understand the fee. I called my old vet and they were happy to get me in the next day, look at his pad, and get his shots that were due in a few weeks. All for less then I would have paid for a deposit to have them look at my dogs paw at my other vet. They also told me concerns of my dogs weight and looked up the dog food he was on and told me what amount he should get each day and ways to help counter his food begging, because I always felt like he was still hungry, and answered all my questions and concerns!
We had an emergency with our cat and Friendships was absolutely amazing! They were professional and put us at ease knowing our cat was in good hands. They are honest and dont charge you a ridiculous fee for situations that come up like we had. We have gone to a couple places prior to friendship that can not compare to what we now got at Friendships. We will always go here for our pet care and needs.
Dr. Zorn and staff are caring, compassionate professionals. Our 14 year old beagle mix needed a dental and I was fearful of the potential complications at his age. Dr. Zorn and staff took time to answer all our questions and do the necessary preoperative screening, as well as intraoperative monitoring, to ensure that our beloved Sam came through the surgery without any issues. Dr. Zorn and staff are to be commended for their hard work and dedication to pets and their families.
Decent Vet, I received the care I needed to treat my pet. Only problem I had was if you see one doctor one day and a different the next I was paying for the same tests over and over that was unnecessary. No communication. They had me bring my pet back several times within a few week time frame and charged me each time for the same tests and follow up visit? My past experiences, follow ups were free, it really made no sense but that is part of owning a pet.
We recently moved to the area and found this vet clinic through a coworker. Dr. B and staff are amazing, especially today when we had to euthanize one of our beloved kitties. They were very sensitive to us and treated the entire process and our kitty with dignity and genuine caring. They also worked with me to come up with a treatment plan for our senior dog who has cognitive dysfunction. We will definitely taking our other dogs and cats to Friendship for all of their needs.
