Poor. I'm not sure what happened to customer service, but the Vet made me wait over a half-hour after my appointment time with no communication. This may be okay to some, but I hate wasting my time simply because the vet's office schedules too many appointments.There are too many vets in Gainesville to waste time with those that waste mine.
