I have consistently had very reliable and good care for my beloved dog, Chance. Yes, Veterinary care can be quite expensive, but I haven't found Northwood Oaks any more expensive than other Veterinary services that I have used here in town. The Vets are all pleasant and respond well to my concerns and questions. I have been very pleased.

Buyer Beware... I had been a customer for 3 years. The first 6-7 months were great. Service was good and the vet was knowledgeable and caring. After that... little by little, I began to feel that I was walking into a used car lot. Everything was... spend, spend, oh by the way we also recommend this and that. Oh... they really hated that I wanted to get my heart worm medicine from pet meds. After a couple of years, pet meds no longer sold my brand of heart worm and I bought some from the vet... in talking with the staff they continually tried to get me to buy the most expensive brand saying... but we really car about your pets and want the best for them so we recommend this product.... like I don't care for my pups? But I'm not going to be suckered into thinking I always have to spend the most money for a good product.. Whatever they have become is not who they were 3 years ago... This is not the only vet in town and the consistent hard sell is not worth going there. If you decide to take your animals there... BUYER BEWARE!!!

Our dogs love to go the the vet. they are very professional and helpful. They give us options and alow us to decide the care for our dogs. would recommend to any pet owner.

I recently switched to the Northwood Oaks Veterinary Hospital and have been very pleased with the doctor and staffs caring for my concerns. They listened to my questions and addressed them honestly. My dog has dental issues and anxiety issues and they have worked with me to MY comfort level on each.

We took a perfectly healthy puppy there and got talked into spending way too much money there for things we didn't really need. They were nice there, and I'll give them credit for that, but I felt like they pressured us into paying for extra things we didn't need (I know it's a business, but...). I think we ended up spending several hundred dollars in the first month or two.
