Best customer service. The technicians communicate all the costs of the services provided beforehand so you always know how much you have to pay. My cat Jerry was sick with FIP and we unfortunately had to put him down. Dr. Van Erde was amazing, and provided us with medication to make his last few days as comfortable as possible and called me regularly to check up on him. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Suburban is amazing! They took such good care of my dog for 4 years during regular check-ups, random illnesses and in an emergency. I have moved now and wish I could find a vet like Suburban again!

My name is Dr. Jordan Webb and I pulled a little dog out of a bumper of a car that accidentally ran over her this morning. I showed up unannounced at this veterinary clinic and they were more than helpful when I explained the emergency situation to them. I thank Dr. Coleman and his entire staff for their kindness and willingness to help under these difficult circumstances. For the record, the dog is going to make a full recovery!

Words cant express how wonderful Suburban Animal Hospital is. From their Receptionist, to their techs and veterinarians every singe one of them are absolutely amazing. My dogs are my heart and soul, my life and as crazy as i am about how they are taken care of i ALWAYS feel comfortable with the staff. My lab is an old lady and can be quit cranky but they never make me feel any different. I have been told by other vets that my dog was too aggressive but not once have any of them at Suburban ever turned me away or rushed because of her attitude. I love them and i refer anyone i know to them. I thank them for actually caring rather than "hurry up i need to make money" .

There is simply not enough space on the internet to list all of the positives in the office. I have utilized the vets here since 1996 for 2 dogs and a cat. I don't know how their prices compare to others because it really doesn't matter. I've been to specialty offices and vets in other cities I've lived in over the course of my life and Suburban treats not only your pets, but yourself as family....and this was right at our very first experience. They don't have high staff turnover which makes all the difference in the world, my top vets I normally see are Dr.s Blair and Nipper. When one of my dogs passed away Dr. Blair was not just sympathetic, but was genuinely sad for my family and for her loss as well. This office always has your pet's and your interest in mind. I've never felt - not even once - that they didn't care about my animals. I love them so much I have vowed that no matter where I move to in the US, I will, if at all possible, retain them as my vets. Love to you all at Suburban!
