Dr. Martinez and her staff have always been very good with our personal and rescue animals! All of our questions and concerns have always been addressed. We have used their services for several years now. Their prices are on the cheaper end, so the clinic itself is not as beautiful as others; but always clean. Their focus is on the animals and care, not the lobby chairs and landscaping. Due to lower pricing and location, they service a higher volume of clients. We have never had any issues with call hold times, or scheduling a work-in appointment for an urgent matter. Just be prepared, like any office, for a wait during busy holiday, Friday, and weekend times. We have been referred to other physicians or clinics when appropriate, but the doctors and staff have communicated their capabilities, allowing us to choose what can be done there, or supporting and referring to alternative care.

I am a big animal lover, studying to be a wildlife ecologist and have volunteered at the Humane society for 9 years. I will say I have a dog myself and use this place. He has warms and I can afford the medicine because of these people. I love it here and will recommend this place to anyone. It's cute sweet nice and affordable. When I found my dog as a stray I took him here to get him checked for a micro chip and fell in love with the staff here. They know their stuff. My only issue is the location. There's a few trailer parks and a major highway. But by cost for satisfaction I would say this is the place.

I needed to get a rabies vaccine and called on a saturday morning. They were very nice and got me in the same day. Dr Trotter was wonderful, as were the other 2 girls that I dealt with. Took time to answer all of my questions and explain why things were or were not needed. This office is 30 miles from my home but deffinatly worth the drive.

I have taken my pet to this hospital twice within the last month. Everytime I ask for a service to be rendered they say the machines are broken. They refer to another one of their facilities that are almost a hour away..Where they then want to charge you again. All this hospital does is put you on hold for a hour, and when you finally get to see one of their random doctors, they push medicine, and never help with the problems.I have paid well over a 100.000 dollars already, and still my baby keeps getting worse. I had good experiences with Dr Atkins, but since they got new ownership please for your pet dont take them to this slaughter house. They say it is affordable and cheap, but they don't know their business and will hurt or eventually kill your pet.

I went there and LOVED IT!!!!!! The doctor there loves the animals and you can tell she does. ANd the rest of the staff..They make you fell like home. I love going there and my dogs do as well..They run right up to the door and the girls there play with my dogs. It's great.RECOMMEND this place to anyone..They really do care. And its affordable..
