We have been bringing our three senior dogs to VSI specialty clinic for the past 5 years. We have always found the care to be thorough and very compassionate. The doctors, Tucci, Prosek and Rosales are skilled, calm and loving to our dogs, and have showed the same care and compassion to us. Recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our beloved dogs...our 10 year old Poodle...after the past year of specialized eye care and heart care from Dr. Tucci and Dr. Prosek. Everyone on the staff made that morning as smooth as possible. There was no drama which we so appreciated. We were able to focus on saying good bye to our dear friend. The staff turned that sad afternoon into a good memory. They gave us privacy and time, and treated our feelings respectfully while carrying out the awful task. We received a beautiful card afterward to express their sympathies, which was truly heartfelt and we appreciated it so very much.Thank you.
