This is where I take my 2 dogs and my previous pets, for about 4 years now. That should say it all because I would not have gone back if I was not satisfied.. I have been there many times for me to give this practice much positive feedback. Dr. Erdman is a very kind and compassionate man. He treats my dogs with care and he is very gentle. His staff are all so nice and easy to deal with, not to mention how wonderful they treat my dogs. Never a problem..Its hard to find a great practice to stay with, I have!! I would recommend this practice 100%..

Dr. Erdman is a fantastic veterinarian. As a first time cat owner, I panicked at every sneeze, cough or itch. Dr. Erdman did a great job of examining, diagnosing and treating my cat. He assuaged all of my fears, and did so in a very friendly and professional way. His office staff is extremely helpful, and will do anything in their power to aid you! I highly recommend this office.

A neighbor told us about Dr Erdman. A month or so later my cat was attacked. I called the office and they told me to come in. She was treated, kept a few days and is healing well. My dog was knawing @ a spot near his tail. Office gave me an appointment that day. He was also near due for yearly shots. He had ear infection as well. Shots were given, medicine given. I love, love, love Dr. Erdman and his staff. He is patient, explains everything each step of the way. He is my vet for the life of my pets. I do not hesitate in any way to recommend him. I will also be using his onsite groomer as I now know things were not being done by my previous groomer. Peace of mind and trust means everything. The staff is so polite and caring. My search is now over and my pets are fine. My pets are my children and I want the best care. He even gives callback to see how they are doing. God Bless You Dr Erdman.

Having recently moved to Jacksonville, I was in search of an attentive and knowledgeable veterinarian and staff. After reading the reviews on Google, I requested an appointment to have my 7 year old shih tzu seen for her annual check up. The appointment was on time, the staff handled my shih tzu appropriately and Dr. Erdman answered all of my questions. Within one week of being seen, my shih tzu punctured her eye. Dr. Erdman saw her the next day and recommended treatment. He followed up with three additional in-person visits and one phone call since her eye puncture. Her eye is improving daily and would not be without the wonderful care provided by Dr. Erdman. I am truly grateful for the attention to my dog's health that Dr. Erdman and his staff have provided.

I have been going to Kings Trail Animal hospital for many years and it is Dr. Erdman and his staff that keep me going back. They are the most compassionate group of people I have ever met. They treat me as well as my pets with kindness and respect. And they really care about the pets they treat. I recently lost one of my oldest pets and the staff cried right along with me and they sent a wonderful card and plant in Abby's memory. I cannot say enough good things about Kings Trail. They are like family.
