We brought our beloved 11-year old lab in after she had a bad seizure. The vets on call and the technicians were gentle and compassionate, especially when I was told that her outlook was dim. There was no pressure to make a decision. They definitely understood what a tough decision it was. When the time came to say goodbye, it was handled with much compassion and patience as it took me longer than normal to say goodbye. Within days, I received a wonderful handwritten note from Dr. Hicks that really meant a lot to me and my family.

Beware: Terrible place to go, understaffed and geared for money only. most times the Techs treat your pet and not the Veterinarian. If your pet has a major need of surgery from a specialist yet this vet can do a surgery, he will do that surgery to make sure he makes money instead of just having it all done at one time by the specialist. I have lost one pet here do to negligence, I have gone to two other vet offices and both have informed me that Vet I Care refuses to release any medical records, not just mine, but for anyone they request it for!

A friend of mine referred me to this clinic after my dog's ear became infected. My dog had an appt with a specialist the following week so I needed to keep him comfortable until his appt. Dr. Greshake prescribed the medication necessary to reduce the inflammation and in turn, keep my boy content. He was extremely professional and very caring towards my dog. The bill was what I expected. I took my dog in for an emergency - naturally, it's going to cost a bit more than a regular check-up. All in all, I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Greshake.

Thank you for helping us humanely end our dogs life after she had a stroke. She was suffering and you were there over the weekend when we really needed you. The vet and the techs were so gentle and loving toward her. It was a painful expereince that you handled with care. -Ellen WIlliams

Their emergency services may be good... but they rob you nickel and dime for their regular services... and charge you for tests that they performed without your permission. Very unprofessional.
