Professional, caring, and gentle. I drive an hour round trip to know that my animals will be cared for by the Best.
I won't go anywhere else, They always fix it right the first time! They may not be one of the 100s of "low cost vets" in the area BUT the vet I use here is always right! No trial and error care like I have received other places years before I found this clinic. The vet's are NOT "all about the money" The vet I saw when I first got my dog from the rescued actually waived his PERSONAL fee because he was pleased that the dog was saved... You can't tell me that isn't someone who truly cares about animals! They do a lot for the local FFA students as well making sure their animals are healthy when need be, when i was in High School one of the Vets stitched my steer's leg after an accident for a "box of donuts" that I don't think I ever paid him lol...Some other people who go here have also told me that for puppies they will sell you month by month of heart worm meds so you don't have to go all in 100 dollars on a six months supply when your puppy is still growing and will not be that weight in 6 months. They are always friendly and kind to the animals from the receptionist to the Vet tech to the Doctor themselves if you have a problem with them then the problem is with you not them! Perhaps if you were a more responsible cat owner and didn't just want someone to take your problem off your hand more people would be more willing to help you... I don't usually write reviews but I can not believe that someone would write a bad review about this place... especially one who is mad because the wouldn't take TWO litters off your hands, they aren't an animal rescue get your animal fixed and start taking responsibility!
A lot of people claim that this "vet clinic" is so great, but it's really not. My mom and I waited since July 2013 to take our kittens their and we finally got a call back on December 12, 2013. We brought 7 kittens total, two different litters. Some of them when they were born had runny eyes which is the start of a respiratory issue. One of the "vets" their said that since all of the cats were together, they would all end up infected. Which is clearly false because they have all been together since they were born and only a select few have that issue and none of the other ones have caught this "disease." So because they were sick, they were unable to take our kittens. But isn't this supposed to be a veterinary clinic? Aren't they supposed to treat animals? They were going to take them to give away, but in order for that they had to be healthy. I just find it pretty PATHETIC how so called "vets" care "so much" for these animals but they can't take a little medicine and help them get better? Of course they can't because NONE OF THEM really give a crap about the animals health. They are all in it for the MONEY. That's all those people care about. The obviously don't care about the animals or they would be willing to help. I DO NOT recommend this place for ANY ANIMAL LOVER, because they really don't care and it will be a waste of your time and money. Also, they are all very rude if you don't agree with them. The place I do recommend is "RIDGE VETERINARY CLINIC" off of Thompson Nursery road and Highway 27. They actually care.
Great hospital with great vets. I have had only fast response and careful attention for my pet whenever I have visited. Questions I had to ask and could only call about received the same full, courteous and professional attention. We were never rushed or pushed through the process and spent almost no time waiting in reception or in treatment room. The vet showed care not just for the immediate problem but also in general checked for any problems that might show any sign of emerging. In 2 cases that found something that really needed attention and otherwise would not have been caught for some time. Would not trade this clinic for any other.
These guys are the best! I've seen almost all the vets over 3 years with my dogs and cats. They are always willing to make a quick appointment and the vets and support staff are all wonderful. Clean, Friendly, and Reasonably priced - Can't beat that!
