They take great care of our animals and we have been very pleased with the kind and caring service our pets get while there.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful. We've been to a few vets in the area and Dr. Thompson and Brian really impress us more than the others we've seen. Plus, their boarding rates aren't ridiculous like so many other locations.

I've known the Thompsons for a few years now and they've always shown a caring, genuine love for animals. They even offered to travel over a hundred miles to take care of my pet when he was on his death bed. I don't understand the comment, "I can tell he's not from Lake Wales". Who cares where they are from. The point is they try their best to do a great job and are in the business for the right reasons. Maybe they were having a bad day. I know they were having a hard time finding good help. I would trust them completely with any pets that I get in the future.

I have been going to Thompson's since 2001 when I moved to Lake Wales when we added a new addition to the family named Buck. They have taken care of him since he was six weeks old. (He is now 10yrs old) Carol and Brian has gone way above any expectations treating our dog. When Buck was injured in 2008 and was paralyzed from the chest down, he spent almost a month at their clinic and they allowed us to visit him everyday. They nursed him back to health, and pretty much saved his life so we could enjoy his company for many more years. I would recommend them to anyone needing care for their animal. (And have referred many customers to them, all with good results). If you need care for your animal, don't hesitate to give them a call. They are wonderful people and you cannot beat the price.
