We have used Country Club Pet World the past few years to board our Maltipoo, Cindy. We trust them to take good care of her. They are very kind to her and a pleasure to work with. Cindy has an enclosed sleeping area and a run. She can stay with other small dogs so she's not stressed. We highly recommend Country Club Pet World.

Country Club Pet World is outstanding in every way. I would never take my dogs anywhere else. The staff is wonderful-they are friendly and loving to your pets. When I go away I never have to wonder are they being well cared for and looked after. My dogs love going here-they never give me that sad look like "why are you leaving us"? I feel my dog gets a little too spoiled here, but I'm not complaining. The ladies who work here clearly adore animals, and my dog is always overly excited to come here.

I boarded my dog here for 5 nights after having a good experience with the place 7-8 years ago with my old dog. Big mistake! I picked up my dog at 9:30am like we agreed on. He was bathed and ready to go. I used a coupon for a free bath after a 3 night stay. The girl at the front counter refused to honor the coupon. Argued with me that he stayed 5 nights and not 3 even though the folks offered the coupon when I dropped him off. I assumed the 3 nights was a minimum. With no manager to speak to and exhausted from my trip, I just wanted to get my dog and leave. I then asked where his blanket was. For 15 minutes she looked around in cabinets, asked everyone I could see, and called her manager. She finally found it, tied it up in a grocery bag and said he had an accident and it hadn't been washed yet, sorry. I received a call from her while I was in my car leaving that she was wrong about the coupon and she can credit my next stay. I told her I wanted a refund. She said her manager would call. After a voicemail and a returned call, she took my credit card info and said she'd refund it. I again asked to speak to a manager. She said they'd call. More than 24 hours later and still no call. I opened the bag with the blanket and it was soaked with urine! Smelled absolutely horrible and was clearly more than one accident. Maybe my dog spent his entire stay with this smelly disgusting thing? Maybe he too was disgusting until his bath? Maybe he was fed and given water? I can only guess and he's not telling. Find somewhere else to take your pet that takes care of their animal and people clients.
