Dr. Singh has been our veterinarian since he began practice in Longwood. We've had several cats over the years. We take in strays and have adopted, and Dr. Singh has cared for all of our pets. He's always been thorough and concerned and has healed all of our cats that could be healed. We have also appreciated the new doctors who have worked at Luv n Care. Dr. Hobson has been treating our latest cat and we find her to be caring and very competent. There have always been excellent staff such as Heather, Jason and Nicky. We're very grateful to have such excellent care for our cats.

I trust Dr. Singh with my pets. Dr. Singh guided my husband and me through our dog's cancer, treatment and death. We decided against some treatments and Dr. Singh and his staff have never made us feel guilty. They have always been understanding of our limitations and supportive of our decisions and abilities. They encourage me to be a better pet parent without making me feel defensive. When our dog died, they were so kind. I encourage everyone with pets to have a vet and recommend Luv-N-Care as the vet to go to.

Just recently had my new cat to Dr. Morgado for surgery and I couldnt be happier with the care my cat received. Ive been a veterinary technician for 15 years (no ties to luv n care animal hospital) so I tend to observe and absorb the whole experience. As soon as I walked into the hospital, I was impressed with how clean and organized the front lobby was. The front staff was AMAZING (tough job!) They were efficient and super friendly. The technician (thank you Heather!) was concise and thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were well aware of my cats history PRIOR to my appointment (records from previous hospital were faxed days in advance) so I knew they took the time to review my cats history. That was comforting to know. There are no words to describe how awesome Dr. Morgado was. The communication was excellent. She was thorough and really treated my cat like he was her own (even describing his quirky habits only one who spends time with him really knows!) Cats and vet visits are stressful for everyone, and I can honestly say Luv n Care animal hospital really knows how to treat their patients and clients with care.

I have been taking cats and dogs there since 2009. They are very friendly, professional, and open to your concerns and suggestions. Some of their prices are higher than the discount clinics, but I know my pets are getting the best care and treatment. They also send e-greeting cards for the pets' birthdays, very cute!

I used Luv n Care in Longwood for about two years but NO MORE. They are over priced and use scare tactics to up sell you on things not needed because they know that most pet owners will do and pay anything to keep there pet in good health. I took my dog to get his shoots updated before Christmas and the vet said that my dog had a ear infection and need to be put on meds. In conversation I said that I was boarding my pet at place down the street for the holidays that we have been going to for years and love. That was a mistake the vet said nothing but bad things about them just to scare me so I would use them instead. I reluctantly fell for it and set up a reservation to board there over the holiday for 11 days because he did have a ear infection "I Think". The whole time I couldn't believe what they said about my boarding place that we found to be the best in the area and my dog loves going to. When I picked up our dog we noticed that he was acting scared and shy.(RED FLAG) My dog never acts this way when he boards or any other time. He is always high energy and happy. It took a couple days for him to start acting his happy self again. Then he came down with Kennel Cough during his stay. I took him back to the vet and they put him on more meds. Later I found out that he would have gotten over it on his own with out meds. I'm mad at them for there poor business practices and questionable ethics. I mad at myself for taking my dog to a vet for boarding when all they deal with is sick animals and also falling for there scare tactics for so long. I will never go back to this place and would never recommend them to anyone.
