We have been taking our dog Rubi to Dr. Culotta since 2011 and he has always taken great care of her, and Rubi loves spending her week days at the Canine Discovery Center. Everyone at both the Emerald Coast Animal Hospital and the Canine Discovery Center is friendly, helpful and they take such good care of our dog. We highly recommend Dr. Culotta, and if you're looking for a great place for your dog to spend the day while you are at work, the Canine Discovery Center is perfect.

The Staff at Emerald coast animal hospital is VERY PROFESSIONAL. I had a cat that had to be put down, but did not understand why...Dr. Culotta and his staff took the time to explain my options, and any questions I had concerning the procedure at hand. They were very helpful in helping me to understand the medical terminology, and were very sensitive to the situation. I also have dogs that I board there frequently, and have never had a problem with the staff or management in the 2 years I have been using their facility. The boarding area is clean, and odor-free, and when I call to check on my pets, they are kind and respectful and answer any questions I have. I would Highly recommend this place.

Emerald Coast Animal Hospital and Boarding facility has taken such wonderful care of my poodle since birth. Dr Culotta fit him in for emergency surgery and fixed him up when he got injured and broke two legs, they were all so kind during his healing process. The new doctor, Dr. Rockwell is also very pleasant with my pets, and im always comfortable knowing that they receive such love and care while boarding and playing in doggie daycare.

Emerald Coast Animal Hospital is an excellent facility. The staff is absolutely wonderful and knowledgable. They always make me and my pups feel welcome and taken care of! I feel at ease when going out of town knowing that my babies are in such good hands. They always call for approval for any treatments that they think my pets needs while boarding, which helps prevent a large, unexpected bill.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! I CALLED 7 DIFFERENT TIMES CONFIRMING A PRICE FOR MY CAT TO BOARD IT WAS 156 WHICH INCLUDED A 60 FEE FOR EXTRA SHOTS HE NEEDED. I TRIED TO PAY WHEN I DROPED HIM OFF AND WAS TOLD NO. NOW I KNOW WHY I CALLED TO EXTEND HOS STAY AN IT ALL OF A SUDDEN WAS 240 HIS 60 SHOTS TURNED INTO 120 AND I HAVE NO CLUE HOW MY CAT IS WHEN I ASKED ABOUT HIM I WAS TOLD VERY SHORTLY HES FINE ANS HUNG UP. I HAVE NOW REAS THE REVIEWS ON YHIS PLACE AND I AM SCARED TO DEATH I AM CUTTING MY VACATION 3 DAYS SHORT TO GO MAKE SURW HE HASNT BEEN ABUSED LIKE THESE POOR PREVIOUS ANIMALS: NEEDLESS TO SAY SEEMS THEY HAVE GOT AWAY WITH THIS ALOT AND SEEING AS MY FAMILY IS FULL OF LAWYERS I WILL BE CONSULTING A LAWYER ALSO PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS AND HONEST PEOPLE DONT SEND YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! So I just was on my way home from out of town to pick up my cat. I got a phone call from the vet office that said my cat was bleeding out of his nose and his butt and there was blood in his urine. How convenient after I wrote a bad review about. Not only that but my price jumped up again to $300!!!! I called the animal abuse of Okaloosa County had a sheriff sent over there contacted a lawyer and will now be pressing animal abuse charges against the facility. Not to mention the fact that they said they were having computer problems and swiped my card seven times my account was $1500 over what the cost of the boarding was I put a flag on my debit card and charged fraudulent charges to all but one of the transactions I will never ever ever ever ever use this clinic again I am not only recording them for animal abuse but I am also calling the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can possibly call to make sure this facility is shut down
