When I first got my puppy I brought them here because the place looked very professional. But as the weeks went by and we kept coming back for more shots and such, I got angry at the lack of attention they were giving us. The tech/vet would come in, inject, and run out of there without two seconds for me to ask them questions. It felt like I was supposed to be in and out in less than 10 mins. And when my puppy was bitten in the face by another dog and lost one of her new adult teeth as a result, the techs treated me like an idiot, for some unknown reason. I ended up finding a much friendlier, attentive vet that same week.

I was traveling in town to see relitives for the holidays and I brought my kitten with me. He had developed an eye funk so I decided to take him in before traveling again. They saw me the same day I called and were very understanding that they weren't my primary vet and willing to write scripts for my normal vet. While I was in there the vet noticed something strange on my cat's ears and decided to check for me. It was ringworm! I was just at my other vet less than a week ago and they missed it! The office was clean, the people were professional and kind, they even let me go right back to a room and prepaired a litter box for me because I thought my cat may have to go. Very nice, a wonderful vet.
