Took my cat to get neutered and I had a horrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and inattentive from beginning to end. When I got my cat back he was missing his collar and half of his ear was chopped off. I understand cutting off the tip a little bit, but no, it was half of his ear. Two days later I notice his dismembered ear is getting red and irritated, I call the clinic and they said I would have to bring him in but they would charge me for the visit. Incredible, charging me for their mistake! Never going there again!

This place is amazing. The staff is great and they are always willing to help. I have exotics and their prices are very reasonable. I also take my dogs for shots and tags.

I had a great experience at Bravo Animal Clinic. They did a great job on the stitches after spaying my dog. The place was clean and actually really cool. I have never seen an animal hospital that looks like this. They recommended certain treatments and even did a follow up call.

Rotten experience. Doctor said he had to leave, and was in a terrible hurry. I had brought in a very ill cat and all they did was jostle her around while trying the entire time to let them do some very expensive tests. They already knew what she had but it was a constant barrage "you need to do this, you need to do that". Extremely pushy and short-fused, and I was made to feel like a moron. Ugh, hope to never see them again!

Once I told the Dr. That I did not want to do an X-ray he then said let me check the dog's anal glands to see if there is an infection I said ok. They were not impacted, but he charged me $37 for something that took him less than 10 secs.
