Horrible people! My animal has a life threatening condition that requires a $2500 procedure. This is after I already spent $1800 dollars. I cannot afford the surgery and asked to euthanize my animal. They refused and told me to get credit cards to pay for the surgery! I told them that without the surgery or euthanasia the animal would die an agonizing death and they did still said no!
We had an emergency and unfortunately we were not able to save my Great Dane, Bronx. I was not expecting to go there with bad news and saying a final goodbye. The staff was very supportive as best as they could be with the circumstances. Doesn't matter if they are pricey, they have a customer service that I couldn't ask for more. I say thank you...
I have been taking my dogs to Knowles for years. They are pricey, yes, but they do love animals and I trust them to take care of my two fur babies. The staff is very accommodating. I recently boarded both my dogs there while I was on vacation. Major kudos to Kailynn, the front desk manager, and Nicole, one of the front desk associates, as they worked with me when my flight got delayed and I couldn't pick up my dogs in time. They were very helpful and discharged them for me a day earlier than what is their usual discharge schedule for boarded pets. Despite their prices, there's a reason I keep coming back.
I rushed my dog to Knowles after she got hit by a car. Dr. Wenzl operated on her and saved her life. The staff was so helpful and compassionate. We had follow up visits with Dr. Marsani who was also very helpful and answered all the questions I had. My dog is now completely healed and I highly recommend this clinic. Although Knowles may seem a bit pricey, at least you have the comfort in knowing that your pet is in safe hands, which is what matters.
STAY AWAY!!! This place is all about the $$$$$ The staff is rude and disinterested and they make you play the waiting game. It was a Sunday at 130am and my dog was vomitting and pooping blood. After a 2hr waiting room wait, they started playing the extortion game. Saying the dog didn't have much time and that he need blood work and an IV fast. At this point I was scared to leave. They wanted $700 up front to start the IV and do blood work. We let the dog stay over night and called over and over in the morning to get the results. They repeatedly and rudely told us to call back. After 3 calls we physically went to visit the dog. They made us wait 1hr to see the dog. Then they started saying that we should leave him another night. I refussed and took my dog to my vet. After a check up my dog HGE and the vet game him an antibiotic injection with some follow up pills all for $130. 24 hrs later the dog was fine. The scariest part about this is that my vet says he hears horror stories about Knowles ripping people off in emergencies at least once a week. Stay away
