Taken good care of our dog for over 3 years now. Very competitive pricing.

The first time I came to this facility, the receptionist was extremely snotty and rude, so we went somewhere else. The second time, it was the closest place to go. My husband arrived there at 7:45 and tried to get someone to at least come to the door. He had a chihuahua in the backseat that had been hit by a car. He had to wait until 8:01 for someone to even arrive at the facility, and another 5 minutes for them to get the door open. The poor dog had had multiple seisures at this point. Then, and you won't believe this, she turns him away!!!! She says he'll have to take the dog somewhere else because she is the only one on duty today. What?!?!?!?!?!? Why couldn't she just put the poor dog out of its misery? Why couldn't she even take one minute to look at the dog, even if it was in the back seat of the car? Maybe because they don't care about animals there...or because they don't have quality qualified veterinarians there at all times... I can't say, because I don't know of any good reason for them to turn us away, but you can decide if these are the kind of people you want your pet's life or health to depend on. We had to go to Clay County Animal Hospital, and they were extremely nice. They had to put the dog down because she was too far gone, but at least they had the decency to help the poor creature.

Dr. Wallace and her staff are amazing, caring people with a love and passion for animals. I;ve been to many places around Jacksonville and outside of Jax and have not found a place as wonderful as this. I drive one hour to take my animals here. Thank you Drs Inlet Animal Hospital. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind knowing my animals are in great hands!!! I can't say enough good things about what you do.
