If you love your pet, stay away from here! My cat went in very healthy on a visit for something small and came out untreated with something big! Needless to say, they are very unsanitary and your pet can easily contract another animals illness like mine did. The illness my cat contracted could only be transferred by another sick feline. I have no other cats and my cat is an indoor cat. Dog poop littered the parking lot (shame on the pet owners for not picking up after their dogs). This place is just 2 minutes from my home but I would rather drive to Orlando Animal Hospital then ever go back to All Care Animal Hospital. I only hope my cat makes it through this illness right now. This is my 2nd visit to this place. My first visit about 2 years, the veterinarian overdosed my cat on Clavamox. They prescribed my cat the same dosage for a large dog! I think the only people leaving positive comments here are those who either work there are the owner him/herself.

If you love you pet and it is in dire need of expert veterinary care, DO NOT USE ALL-CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Doctor Colleen McCain is as dishonest as she is incompetent, which is saying something. Our Shetlands Sheepdog was severely mauled by a Rottweiler. Upon taking him to ALL CARE, I was told that his wounds were superficial and that no internal damage had occurred. I specifically told Colleen McCain that, "I can hear a gurgling sound in his chest," and requested that she inspect him for internal bleeding. Feeling that she had not conducted a thorough assessment, I asked her a second and then a third time to verify that he was not bleeding inside. She assured me in a very arrogant and condescending manner that he was not bleeding inside...HE WAS. 5 days later, he began hemorrhaging copious amounts of blood from an undiagnosed(except by me)and untreated puncture in his abdomen and torn/punctured wounds in his chest that Colleen McCain willfully ignored, even though I repeatedly told her that I suspected injuries there. I took him to The Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Orlando, where competent veterinary doctors were able to save my dying pet's life. ALL CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL at first admitted negligence and offered to refund the money we spent with them and pay for the surgery conducted in Orlando, now, Colleen McCain is attempting to avoid paying us for her negligence and has constructed an elaborate lie in order to justify doing so. Her rationalization for her incompetence is so illogical and false that even a child could see through it. The evidence, both photographic and in writing from the doctors who saved our dog's life demonstrates very clearly that Colleen McCain is both incompetent and a blatant liar. Her decision to lie about the incident is, in my opinion, based upon the fact that she is already being sued by multiple parties and is going to have to declare bankruptcy eventually anyway. She made a big mistake when she harmed my dog, and my family. I do not intend to allow her to do so with impunity. DO NOT RISK YOUR DOG OR CAT'S LIFE AT ALL CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL.The support staff are nice, but the owner and main doctor is pathetically incompetent and reprehensibly dishonest.

I took my German shepherd to All Care Animal Hospital for boarding (about 7 days) and got back from my trip a day early (unplanned). Instead of leaving my dog in the hands of All Care, I decided to go ahead and pick him up before my reservation ended. When I got there, and explained that I was early, the man behind the counter seemed a bit anxious and told me that my dog had not received his "complementary" bath yet. I said it was no problem, that I knew how to bathe my dog as he laughed it off seemingly nervous. When I received my dog, it took only the walk out to the car to realize he was covered in urine (mostly dry). He had three or four patches of solid waste smeared throughout his fur coat. It looked as though they had quickly run a comb through it on my arrival. His rear end was layered with very dry, crusted poop, with an extremely raw, inflamed anus, that it took him about a week to release without pain and discomfort. I paid this business a good amount of money to give my dog nothing more than a humane visit, instead, it seems my dog was living in his own waste the entire time. Even basic treatment towards animals seems not to be obtained by their actions. It's unfortunate that I cannot say that I will never give them my business as they are (somehow) the only 24hr animal hospital in the area I reside, should my dog ever approach a die-hard time of need. But even then, I have a back up location if I feel he can make it. What a horrible situation they have placed me in. To the business: Your customer service is a front. There are many intelligent, aware people in this world capable of seeing through your unacceptable behaviors. I hope their choice of business leads them away as they realize their furry loved ones could not possibly deserve your unacceptable provisions. To us they're not just pets, they're living beings. As a side note: I'm not sure who or what system is in charge of relaying the final star ranking of this business to the public, but according to the 12 votes placed this time, the mathematically correct average ranking, based off public vote, is 2.7 STARS out of 5. That's about a 55% success rate based off of consumer recordings. Take note: If you see any higher-ranked number on the screen for All Care Animal Hospital of Minneola, FL, they are misleading you.

The staff is awesome! I bring all 3 of my dogs there

EXCELLENT many times more !!!!! We moved to the area about 4 months ago. Our Dachshund was getting quite pudgy and seemed depressed. I called around 8 different Vet's in the area and All Care was the only one that quoted me an exceptable first time fee and said I could bring her right in. I was greeted by the sweetest young lady, Tanya, and was taken right into a room. Dr. McCain walked in a few minutes later, introduced herself not to me, but to Lil Bit. After Lil Bit seemed to be comfortable, she introduced herself to me. Come to find out, our little girl was pregnant. Through her pregnancy and birth of 4 beautiful puppies, everybody there was just wonderful. I refer everybody to All Care Vet. Thank You Dr. McCain for everything you have done for our little girls and the 4 little ones that came along.
