I had some blood work done on our dog here and they would not call me back. I called them only to find out they already had the results for 2 days...it was a little to late. It was a very easy fix if we would have received the results in time but we did not..after all of this we now are hearing horror stories about this place from others...this is a place for shots and nothing else
