Our last dog passed away in June of this year. This is not a fun time but the compassion and care given to our family was heartfelt and much appreciated. We picked up a puppy from the Polk County Animal Control who will now be given the same care and treatment. Our last dog had been cared for by Dr. Kate and her staff for approx. 15 years. Our hope is that period will be matched or exceeded.

Within the last week, my ailing neutered male Persian, D'Artagnan, and I went to Dr. Luna; she diagnosed him, hydrated him, gave him an antibiotic and an anti-diarrhetic, and provided me with clear instructions on follow-up at home. She clearly loves animals and what she does for them, and she makes sure pet owners are also cared for with reassurance and advice. D'Artagnan has had dental surgery by Dr. Luna, too, and his care and recovery were A1 then, also. The staff are supportive and caring; follow-up calls help with post-office visit counseling for both patient and pet owner. They all go the extra distance to support you/me!

I trust Brandt Veterinary Clinic with my cats, which they have cared for with expertise and friendliness. I always feel welcomed, and the cats are important to them. The facilities are spotless and they know all the animals by name. I've never had a problem with them. The only time something ever did go wrong, it was because of my cat, who chewed off his bandages after surgery while staying the night with them, but they apologized and did a successful repair surgery free of charge. In general, they always make me feel like my pet is special and provide exceptional care.

Even though I moved quite far from the Clinic, I continue to take my dog to Brandt because of their professionalism, their care and their friendly environs. Surprisingly, my dog ENJOYS going to the vet... and so do I. Brandt Veterinary Clinic certainly has earned our unqualified "five-star" rating.
