They were awesome! We were new to the area and didn't have a vet yet. One morning while getting ready for work one of my dogs was sick, I was in a panic. I called one office and was able to get in, but late in the afternoon. I made the appointment, but hoped for a sooner one. When I called VCA they said they could see me right away. The doctor and the rest of the staff I had interactions with were ALL amazing! And, I didn't notice anything dirty about the place. I'm not sure what the other guy is talking about. The thing that most impressed me about the doctor was when I received a phone call from him a couple days later. He wanted to see how my fur-baby was doing. I've had vets that I loved in the past, but I've never received a follow up from the actually vet himself. It showed the care he has for his patients.

I'm so happy I did not change clinics when VCA took over the practice. The support staff is welcoming and helpful. The Doctors take the time to explain your pets medical condition and provide different treatment options. 24 hours later they(doctor and support staff) call to check on their patient.

Great care at this veterinarian clinic - we had never been here before and had to make an emergency visit with only an hours notice. Although they were slammed, they fit us in and the staff was consistently pleasant to deal with. Although we had to put our precious dog to sleep, we were all treated with dignity and they were compassionate through the entire process. I highly recommend this veterinarian center.
