This place doesn't deserve any stars. I am so disgusted about how we were treated. The front desk is so disrespectful. It will take hours for them to take your call and when you talk to them they are not pleasant and seem to lack the common decency of being respectful. They should be ashamed at the way they present themselves towards patients. They will not authorize prescriptions unless you use their pharmacy. No one wants to be at their job and they seem to take it out on the customers. The best decision I ever made was leaving this facility and taking my business elsewhere.

the best i take all my pets there one of their house animals gave just a little blood to make a medicine for my pet that saved him they treat you like family!!!!!

I went here because they seemed to have the most resasonable rate for an office visit. When I went in I was greeted, everyone at the front was so friendly and nice! They even had a few house pets walking around. I was excited because I thought this might become our new vet. When I went in the back with my cat the vet was very quick, and hardly explained anything. She tried to charge me $45 for an antibiotic I could get for free at publix, and only told me about the free one AFTER I told her I couldn't afford to pay for it that day. Without asking, she told me she was going to give my cat a rabies shot since hers was past due. Which would be another $15. I was also charged for "services" during the exam, that I thought was part of the initial exam and had NOTHING to do with what was wrong with my animal. All in all, I will not be going back, and I would not suggest this place to anyone, unless you like being tricked into hidden costs when you go to pay.

Great, quick service. Caring Doctors (Dr. Broadhurst is my favorite) and very affordable. I take my pets to no other clinic!
