I love Maverick. I have been there 3 times now. once for my Boston Terrier to have a c-section and two other times to have the rest of of animals spayed/neutered. They are efficiant and the cost is low. BUT I would have to agree with others when they say that the staff in the front is rude. Everytime I have been there or called I have either had someone raise there voice at me or just talk very nasty to me. I have thought about just spending the extra money and going somewhere else. I think I will give them one more try. I understand they are busy, but hey I work at a very fast paced busy place too and I would never be as rude to my customers as they are to me and my husband.

I love this clinic. I love Dr. Sleeper who we usually see. He is so kind to my little dog Casey. Once Casey had to have surgery. They were so professional, 2 doctors with him in pre-op, then giving him his sedation medication and taking him away to surgery. Dr. Sleeper is very smart, knows what he is doing. Everyone is very friendly. I have never had anyone be rude. Dr. Sleeper has a good sense of humor. You can tell he loves the animals. And he's handsome, too. lol I don't mind the wait, its fun talking to the other clients about their animals. Also, I have never had any problems getting through on the phone.

This is to Mellissa Hill. You must be one of the idiots that doesn't get it. It is a great place and if you think they ar rude, do their job and put up with the dumb humans at a very fast and busy pace.

This is the most affordable pet care around. Because of this, they do not take appointments. It is first come, first served. Therefore, people are lined up with their pets way before the doors open and stay that way until close of each day. There is a lot of waiting. The doctors and staff are friendly and efficient.

Very good clinic for the money. I just wish they had a better system for answering the phones and customer service. If you want to talk to someone dont bother calling.
