Ran I to two problems at poochies within a month. The first one, two aggressive dogs attacked my dog, one in front of an employee and they failed to do anything. They knew the dogs by name so I'm assuming they had previous issues with them. The second, a dog bit my dog, requiring stitches and an employee told me the other owner would pay for the vet bill, as per company policy and I was content with this. However, a week after the incident, the owner of poochies called me on behalf of the owner of the aggressive dog requesting I pay the vet bill. I was appalled that the owner of this company would go against his own policy and call me asking that. I will NEVER go back to poochies and I will NEVER recommend it to any of my military folks. That phone call lost them a lot of business. Not impressed with the management at all.

After having a bit of a bad experience at a different facility, Poochies is a breath of fresh air! My pup came home healthy and happy and he must have slept straight through for 24 hours... I know he loves all the exercise and fun! The pictures each day also are a great feature :-)

This park is amazing. the park is self is well constructed and has a great variance obstacles, toys and a large amount of area to play. The kennel is even better they do an excellent job and my dog is always excited to return (unlike trips to the vet, haha). I would recommend this place over any kennel because the dogs get attention and get to play outside with other dogs a lot. The owners go above and beyond even sent pictures of my dog to my cell phone when my mother was worried about how our dog was. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been coming to poochies for a few years for their boarding facilities Thay have recently moved into a brand new facility and expanded the boarding dog park, which now has its own pond. My dog loves it there, you get to see pics of your dog during the stay, and the owners are very nice people.

My pet dog Bama, loves this place. And since they added the new play area Poochies has only gotten better.
