GREAT practice! My parents have been going to Dr. Otte for years, and after a poor experience at another clinic, they saw my cat for the first time on an emergency basis. Dr. Otte was quick to recognize my concern and did everything she could to get to the root of the problem. She kept me informed as bloodwork results came in and gave me her thoughts the whole way. After working for another clinic for 4 years, I thought I would never find another practice to satisfy mine and my pets needs after moving away. Dr. Otte is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

We trusted our baby with this clinic, but they did not render the care she needed. Please do not go to this clinic, we lost our baby because of their negligence!
