Each one of us have a different experience in life and mine and mainly my pet was not good here. New in Orlando, was referral to this place when I moved in last year. Latter my 13 years old dog start having problems walking, I take her there, they recommend X-Rays, we schedule, I take the dog as requested 7.30am, fasting since the nite before as she had to be sedated. I find out almost 5pm that dog had not been sedated because they wanted to talk to me, but no one calls me till 4.10pm that day.... and my dog, who is old and sick spends the full day in this vet, without food or water, without anyone wondering what she is doing there.... Unhappily my experience is that I do not trust their services and care to the pets they treat. Walter
