Easter morning, My Shep/Husky mix jumps off the bed and catches a nail in the carpet and rips his nail out and breaks a bone in his foot. Bleeding profusely all over the house we call our vet and the recording refers us to AEH. Wrap up the foot/paw and haul a#$ over. Rang the bell and was greeted by a very sympathetic tech and she helped us calm down my boy. Did 2 mins. of paperwork and was in the exam room.I was very surprised as there was a guy there with a beautiful pit that was vomiting and it was like Halifax ER on a Sat. night. The staff was very friendly, informative, and Dr. Nader IMO is the best vet I have ever dealt with, Actually I wish he had his own practice. He explained every possible way to approach this dilemma, Cost, Pain management, etc. He basically had me on the ropes on this Easter Day and patched up my boy at a VERY VERY reasonable price, ( I was actually shocked ) as it cost me about what I pay for my yearly vet visit. I hope you never have to go there but if you have the unfortunate, untimely accident, I highly recommend them. Don't understand the negative reviews as ours was as good as could possibly have been.

Brought my ferret here when she was having a seizure and had to wait 10 min after filling out paperwork. The doctor who examined her said they would need to take her back for some blood work, but I was concerned they were not taking her back for a glucose shot to stop the seizing. He said they would need to figure out what was wrong first. He left the room and we waited for almost 10 minutes and we refused to wait any longer as our pet was suffering. We drove to the Atlantic Animal emergency hospital in Port Orange and they took her back right away to give her the glucose shot. Unfortunately, she did not survive. We lost a lot of time waiting around this place and I feel horrible that we didn't take her to Atlantic to begin with, as she may have recovered. I would not recommend taking pets here who are in dire need of medical attention.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! These people are the most unprofessional nasty excuse for vets I have ever met! I was asking the Vet (who barely speaks English) what could have been done (if anything) to prevent a serious infection in my female cat..the nasty snotty VetTech Krista (or Kristi) says "Yeah You" When I asked that she clarify she told me that "If I had the cat spayed as a kitten I wouldnt be going through this now" Then she walked off and called me a C*U*N*T. When I told the Vet, he didnt even care...then he went in the back and looked it up on the internet (since his english was so bad) then tried to apologize for her behavior..yeah there is NO EXCUSE FOR A NASTY THING LIKE HER TO BE WORKING THERE!!!! I was also shocked at the HIGHLY INFLATED PRICES..the surgery they orginially wanted to do was over $1600 and then I would have to take her to a REAL vet in the morning anyways as they close. When I asked about lowering the price the NASTY THING told me that there was no lower price and that if I couldnt afford maybe I should not have pets! After the NASTY THING ran her stupid mouth I took my baby and left. I went to a REAL VET this morning and wow they were able to do the surgery and keep her for 2 days observation for less than $479...hmmm?!?!?!?!? Oh and when I tried to call and complain I was told nothing was done incorrectly! I even posted on thier wall on FACEBOOK and they deleted the post (since sooooo many people liked and commented on my negative TRUTHFUL review) and even blocked me from their wall..haha MORONS I can use other accounts to get the truth out. Besides I filed complaints with both the State and County regulatory commissions against Dr Diane Johnson and The NASTY THING-Krista (Kristi). ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE CALLED NASTY NAMES AND BE CHARGE RAPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there over the weekend as my Chi named Bella wasn't feeling well. I liked it. The building was older (don't think that is that unusual for the Daytona area / proximity), but appeared clean and everyone was very nice. The last vet I went to I didn't care for. Lovely office but all business and felt judged for not having lots of money and owning a pet. It was an awful experience and probably why I rambled on about my recent financial woes with those at this clinic, but instead of treating me badly, they gave me an alternative that fit my budget, and the next day my Bella was doing better, by the second day she was back to normal. They even followed up today to see how she was doing. That was a first for me and I was so impressed. Thanks! That's my Bella in the picture taken 3 days after her visit.

Very very good! Building is old but clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They treated our cat very gently. Were able to diagnose his problem in minutes, then provide immediate treatment and call in a prescription for us. Also provided printouts so we could read up on our cat's condition later when we were calmer. They also notified our regular vet, sending records so it would be easier for us to schedule follow-up treatment.
