My family has taken our dogs here for the last 14 years. Dr. Murray has a true compassion for animals and since his business has expanded and he is not in the office as much I have noticed a drastic decline in service. I boarded my dogs for 3 nights at this facility when I went out of town for a funeral. I had specifically stated that my dogs can only eat the food that I provided. I picked them up and brought them in the house and went outside to unload my vehicle. When I returned to the house my entire kitchen and living room had been covered in diarrhea and vomit. My larger dog vomited an entire, whole sausage! When I called to talk to someone about this issue, they didn't even utter an apology. Although, they did give me Dr. Murray's number and he did provide my dogs with medication free of charge to relieve the problem. It does not excuse the horrible decisions made by his staff members: feeding my dogs who are on a very strict diet for stomach issues, SAUSAGE! On another occasion, I was misled about how much their shots would cost. I do not feel that his Vet office is what they use to be.

I have taken our animals here for years. Although it seems like the staff is bare bones and the back is a little disorganized, please try to look past it. The vets are wonderful and are some of the few REASONABLE prices/therapies available. For example, when looking for a neuter for a rabbit- AJ was between $100-$150. A vet in Winter Park: $650. They really are caring and they remember you. They don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. I love their informal re-checks too- I don't take advantage of them much but if I have a question, they are always willing to take a look without really needing a formal visit.

I currently have the VIP membership which gives me most of my cats shots and includes the visit. The doctor called me and asked about my cats allergies before he spayed her - which was nice because he wanted to make sure she would be ok. They even gave her some pain meds, and an antibiotic for her teary nose and eyes ( it happens with persians ) . I forgot his name, but I usually go at like 7 PM or later so I get the evening doctor. The only thing I'd say that needs a little improvement is some of the front desk staff. Sometimes it felt that they were just "over it" ... But there are others that are very nice and helpful. If you have a feeling that your quote isn't right for your visit - double check, because I was quoted two different prices for my spay. I give five stars because I am happy overall with my services at the end of the day.

This is the worst vet clinic I have ever dealt with. I have owned pets for 40 of the 53 years on this earth. The place itself is kind of dirty and loud and the staff doesn't seem to know what is going on. For our first 3 visits, it took them about 15 minutes to find our file. They are so disorganized that in the 3 months we have had to deal with them (not by choice, I assure you but due to an agreement with a rescue group that we adopted a sick dog from), on at least 3 occasions they did not have the medicine to start treatments as planned and didn't call to let us know before we arrived. One doctor's treatment is completely different from the others. So for 30 days, our dog was not getting the treatment it was supposed to be getting. FINALLY we met a competent person there and like her So if you have to go there because of a rescued pet, money issues or whatever, only see Dr. Liau. She is only there on Fridays and the ONLY one smart enough to care for your pet. Remember, she doesn't run the clinic, so make sure she knows of the issues you have as the staff will NOT fill her in just because your pet is a patient there.

This animal clinic messed up my dogs eye and refused to be accountable for it. What was supposed to be a routine $150 dental cleaning costed us over $1000 to fix!!!
