Called in last minute the day after Christmas for an emergency. They fit me right in as a new patient same day. Dr. Lee Stuart was wonderful, was very tender with my kitten, thoroughly checked him out and did not rush, even though it was a crazy day for them. He casually mentioned that that morning he noticed my pet was added to the schedule (paw infection) so he spend his lunch freshening up on research of possible conditions. This really impressed me and shows the level of dedication. The aide that assisted was just as caring; he comforted my scared kitten and whispered words of reassurance to him continuously. Wonderful first impression, I will be bringing my other pets here in the future.

Since moving here 12 years ago and having a dog, we needed a vet. At that point, we never had to take our dog (Skip) for anything other than routine visits. Unfortunately, Skip passed away 2 years ago. From the moment they saw us coming through the door with him in my arms and my grown kids, they ran to us. It was traumatic enough for the boys to have lost their first dog, but losing my best friend, was bad enough. Save Haven made the whole experience for us so much more easier for us to say our good-byes. They did not rush us out of there, they were so compassionate and understanding. It looked like Skip was sleeping peacefully when we were allowed to go in. Recently, our other dog Daisy had developed some kind of infection on the back of her neck. They got me in quick, explained that Daisy was a rescue dog and she doesn't do well with others. Again, they did not give up with her, they took their time offering every kind of treat there was but Daisy wasn't having an of that. By the time we left, Daisy stopped shaking. Their staff and doctor's are all very nice, they listen & they treat your pets like their own. I would not use anyone else. I know that any pet is in good hands with them. Thank you Safe Haven!

This is a wonderful place to bring your animal for all kinds of veterinary care from annual exams to teeth cleaning to any problem your animal is having. Dr. Stuart is so knowledgeable and great with the animals. There is another doctor but I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him/her. The techs are great also as are the women at the counter. You can't go wrong by bringing your animal to Safe Haven Veterinary Hospital. Five stars.

We have two precious pugs, Guinness II and Daisy. We love them and want to have them around for a very long time. Safe Haven is helping us do just that. When we arrive at Safe Haven, the pups actually run to the door. They can't wait to get inside. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Puckett is caring and thorough. The technician Donovan is amazing. Not only does Safe Haven meet the medical needs of Guinness II and Daisy, but when it is necessary to board them, we feel comfortable leaving them at Safe Haven. In those instances, we actually tell Guinness II and Daisy that they are going to Donovan's house, and they get excited. It is a great veterinary hospital and I highly recommend it.

Safe Haven has been caring for the Presley Pack dogs for almost 20 years. Our dogs love Dr. Stuart and all of the vets and staff. They even seem to enjoy being boarded and if we didn't know better, we would think they were spoiled by Donovan and other vet techs.
