Good doctors - HORRIBLE customer service. You will pull your hair out dealing with the front office. They can't keep files straight, don't get services done on time, misquote prices... Picking my dog up from the kennel took 1.5 hours. The doctors are great and you pay for them. But at these prices you would expect the front ffice to have a brain cell to share between them. It' s a very frustrating experience every time I deal with them.

A great knowledgeable staff that will take care of your dog! My whole family and I have been taking our dogs (3 total) there since they opened. Not once have I ever had a problem and I have used them for everything: -extra teeth pulled/cleanings -neutered -shots/vaccines -check ups -meds -grooming Not sure what Jasmine W. is saying in her review but this has NEVER happened to me and I have been there 20+ times!
