They treated my dog, Champ, for over 3 years. He had nasal adenocarcinoma and the combination of Eastern and Western medicine worked wonders. With radiation, he'd have less than a year be less than a year with us. Our local vet couldn't believe he lived that long. Dr. Holt and the staff were great with him. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Anita Holt is the most uncaring, unprofessional and neglectful vet I have ever had the misfortune to visit. She not only took my Mugsy's needs lightly she overlooked the submission of a prescription for a monthly medication to an out of town pharmacy she recommended. I had to call and ask about the scrip and was told the scrip would be sent via expedited shipping. No phone call from her regarding this matter although she had taken my cash payment for the product three weeks before, which did not surprise me as she never contacted me after she received a fax and email from an emergency clinic that my Mugsy had been treated for a seizure after her office hours. All of this abuse is quite costly. My advice is to run don't walk to any other vet.

BEWARE!!! These people tried to bleed $400 out of me to vaccinate my 9 lb healthy chihuahua who came from a shelter neutered with just about everything he needed. I had him for a year, so when I visited all he needed was vaccination. I had $200.00 in cash and asked them to give him what he needed. I knew I was being robbed, but after an hour of being hard-balled I just wanted to get him treated and leave. I was ready to throw 200.00 cash at them. They at that point told me he could not be seen, after I waited and they checked him in and rectally took his temperature which is torture for my scared puppy. There was no bedside manner at all. My puppy was uncomfortable as was I. Never again! If you live in Charlotte or Sarasota County, take your animal to Charlotte Animal Hospital!
