Horrible service. Had an emergency situation with my ferret. Was not happy about $50 exam fee (would charge even if nothing is wrong with ferret) but agreed to it anyway. Went in room, kept waiting for doc. Doc listened to heart and tested breathing, did nothing else. Seemed more concerned with figuring out how much $ to charge than to actually look at ferret/treat it. We left without finishing because we were there with an EMERGENCY situation and they kept making us wait! What if the ferret died while we were waiting? Take your pet somewhere else.

We had taken our dog Sasha up there on May 16, 2013. She was 13 years old and was having continuous seizures. They were so gentle and compassionate with our dog. Even though we ended up having to put her to sleep, I am so grateful to the care they gave to her. They have a rough job, seeing the emergency cases. My hats off to them.
