Best care in the area! Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Dr. Kim loves animals, she is so caring and friendly, I couldn’t speak highly enough. My cat has gone here for years and she has solved his quarks several times. Although my cat agitates easily, he seems to be warming up after all these visits, it’s kind of comical. Also I have noticed after years she seems to keep the same people working for her, usually I consider that a good sign.

My cats are my children so like any pet parent I want my kitties to have the best health care; I finally found it at Four Paws. Dr. Tyson and her wonderful staff deliver that care and so much more. They love their clients' pets as much as their own and are compassionate when the news is bad. When faced with an unusual illness in a pet, they do not just give up and say, “Well, I don’t know what it is”; they go that extra mile. Simply put, they are the best in the business, paws down! In a recent conversation with my husband about moving he asked what was keeping me here and I told him it was my vet.; THAT is how much I appreciate her and her staff. It took me four years to find them and I don't want to lose them now. I first met Dr. Tyson and her wonderful staff in October 2010. I had two sick kitties; Rebel and Sunny. I took Rebel, a loving black kitty, in because of a growth on her cheek that one vet misdiagnosed and another said to me, and I quote, "Well, I don't know what it is". Sadly, it turned out to be bone cancer and when Dr. Tyson told me, my knees buckled and I started sobbing. She immediately hugged me as did her vet tech and it made all the difference in the world. At that point, Rebel went on hospice and I took care of her at home. She was diagnosed in October 2010 and finally had to be euthanized in February 2011. Dr. Tyson and one of her vet techs LaDonna came to my house and euthanized Rebel on her favorite spot on the couch as I wanted her to go comfortably and with dignity. Once she was gone, they carefully wrapped up her little body, hugged and comforted us, then left. We received Rebel's ashes about a week later in a little black cat statue. Sunny, a ginger tabby cat, was diagnosed with kidney failure at the tender age of eight and after doing blood work on her, Dr. Tyson prescribed two herbs to sustain her kidney health. According to one vet, the same one that didn’t know what the growth was on Rebel’s cheek and couldn’t be bothered to find out what it was, Sunny should have died in August of this year but she is still going strong thanks to Dr. Tyson. More recently, Chewie, a tabby cat, started limping a few months ago so I took her in and there was nothing immediate that Dr. Tyson could find that was causing the limping. There were no injuries and her blood work was fine. Since Dr. Tyson is not one to give up and always goes that extra mile, as all great vets who love animals will do, she sent Chewie to a specialist and was properly diagnosed with a rare condition. Now, she does not limp anymore thanks to Dr. Tysons’ refusal to give up. Chewie is on steroids for the time being but hopefully, Dr. Tyson will eventually be able to perform acupuncture and get her off the steroids. I have no doubts that if any of my kitties get sick, be it a common illness, rare condition, or terminal disease, Dr. Tyson and her staff will provide the best health care with love and compassion.

Sadly, we had to have our 20 year old cat euthanized. We had never used a vet clinic in our area so I turned to Google to find one. Four Paws was my second call. The first place wanted to charge me for a check up and then the euthanization. There really wasn't much point in putting our kitty through a check up first so I called the second location on the list which was Four Paws. Both over the telephone and in person, everyone was so nice and empathetic to our feelings. This was very difficult for our family and Four Paws made it much easier. The facility is clean and the staff friendly. The doctor came in afterward and gave us hugs and told us we had made the right decision. We will definitely be return customers. Thank you Four Paws for your help! We appreciate you all!
