My cat ended up with an infection due to inadequate bathing following a procedure where she had sat in her own stool for several hours. When I picked her up, she was carried out by one hand dripping wet. When I realized there was a problem, they refused to follow up unless I paid for another exam. I managed to get a spray, but it was ineffective due to the level of infection. Something they would have known had they taken 5 minutes to look at her. I'm looking for a new vet.

I took my dogs here for grooming and when I picked them up they were just as dirty as when I dropped them off. They still smelled and looked the same. It appeared they may have been brushed with a wet brush and had their nails cut, nothing else. One of my dogs still had dirt all over his belly and two ticks on him. I will not take my dogs here for grooming ever again. Rarely do I leave a bad review like this but this is some of the worst service I have ever seen.

We took our cat, Bootsie, there on Wednesday. She was sneezing and we didn't know what to do. The doctor checked her out, and now she is doing great after her treatment! Thanks guys!! Bootsie says meow!
