Can't speak for the veterinary service, however their customer service sucks. It shouldn't take over 45 minutes to resolve a bill which I'm paying in cash for. We ended up leaving without seeing a doctor because we waited so long (our appointment was scheduled for 3:30) and the issue not even being resolved. Extremely unhappy. I hope their veterinary services are better than their customer service.
