I made this account just to leave a review because the way they do things concerns me so much. Their staff is extremely rude mostly the girls at the front desk, even the people who handle banfields 800 number are rude. I never see the same doctors there. I originally asked for a certain doctor to do my dogs neuter and when I got there I found out someone else did it and they were new. I've brought my dog there three times for a UTI and he's a 6 month old puppy and they haven't even fixed it yet after three rounds of antibiotics and hundreds of dollars spent even though I have the plan. When I finally complained about how the UTI should be gone they said "we can take test to see exactly what antibiotic he needs" I can't believe they didn't do that to begin with after charging me 70$ each time to test his urine when other places charge atound 40$ and I get a discount because of the plan. Also they constantly find things to charge you with, making up things so they can charge you and everything there is extremely expensive. It would be smarter and more affordable to not have the plan and just bring your pet to a regular vet who isn't a chain store vet. I also had a 3 week old kitten I found and when I brought it in the kitten was infested with worms and fleas, they gave it one dose of dewormer and then told me to come back in 3 weeks, the kitten almost died from blood loss and I brought her to another vet who gave me a dewormer to give for a 3 day period to eradicate the adult worms and then wait for the eggs to hatch and give her a three day dose again, after that the worms were gone and she was fine. She was also infested with fleas and banfield told me to just leave her like that because a bath wouldn't be good for a kitten, the other vet told me to give her a bath because the fleas were sucking her blood to the point where she was anemic and her gums were white, I gave her a bath. In all I will never bring any of my pets there again, I'm appalled by their service and vets. I feel like they go out and ask a random person on the street "hey do you want to be a vet today" and that's how they hire their vets. I am sooo much happier with my other vet who is extremely nice and knowledgable and doesn't drag out my pets illnesses.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctors are very young and always changing. My dog always has someone new, never the same doctor he had last. We were on the wellness plan because we have an older dog, yet nothing is ever covered. We pay monthly and still have to pay a lot out of pocket extra every time, even if they tell us it's covered originally, they always find something wrong with the dog. My neighbor stopped bringing her dog with allergies there and took him somewhere else. His allergies stopped instantly. He no longer needs to take shots and be put on long term medicine. Banfield is all about finding problems that aren't there, medicine and money. I will never go there again.

Wouldnt let me help an abandoned microchipped pet...front desk associates are rude and unhelpful. More worried about covering their legal bases than helping their customers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I love this banfield...I have been bring my boston terrier here for 9 months never had any issues! Everyone there is always so nice...
