Dr. Randolph is GREAT! I've been going to her for the last 10 years for my cats and there's NEVER been a problem. She's always willing to work with people who've been there a while when it concerns payments and she is GREAT with animals. Yes, she's loud and abrasive but honestly, if you can't take her super overwhelming love of animals and zest for life, maybe you should try a quiet librarian type of vet. She's not for everyone but she's great for my pets. I'm okay with it.

I came to this vet because the office is within walking distance of my house. The place is small and a little dated, but that kind of thing doesn't concern me much. What is concerning is the lack of professionalism. The first time I brought my cat in, the staff told me he had a deadly feline disease and would need to be put down. I was devastated. A few hours later they called me back to tell me that their staff had goofed up and the test was invalid. Had I taken their word for it and acted immediately, I would not be sitting beside my cat today. They apologized and offered to run the test again, which I agreed to. It came back negative. So I let it slide as human error and decided to give them another shot. Well, it's a few months later and my cat needs another checkup so I bring him back in. This time, as we're waiting in an exam room, the vet goes into the back room and begins loudly berating her staff for not doing something quickly. And I'm not talking about a simple reprimand, but closer to personal insults. It's one thing to be rude to your staff, but with the exam room door cracked open enough to where a client has full view of the poor assistant's face? Then to come back into the room, still fuming, and call the employees names right in front of a customer? Unbelievable! Basically, this place's "expertise" is questionable and I won't be back. I simply don't trust their word, their prices are high (with no option to pay with care credit either), the vet talks so much that you can't get a word in, and she clearly dislikes her job. I hope her assistants find someone to work for who treats them with respect. Meanwhile, I'll be taking my pets to a place that won't brush their care under the rug.

My wife was referred to Union Park Animal Clinic from a friend of hers cause we needed a procedure done on one of our dogs. My wife and I went in got the procedure done, and they took down our credit card information. On the 7th of October at 8:00 am they charged my card without calling me first, abd they charged the first payment as if I approved it which I didn't. It sent my account into a negative balance. I called my bank right away, and told them to cancel that transaction cause I never approved it. Union Park Animal Clinic never contacted me saying we are charging your card, so I got a new card the next day, and then it shows it charged my card again since I did not have sufficient funds. This is not how you do business. Plus there one doctor that works there that is a very rude lady to her employer's and clients. She has a bipolar problem and does not take meds for it. She needs to get back on her meds ASAP! SO NOW I GO TO EAST ORLANDO HOSPITAL NOW!!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM..

The worst veterinarian Ive ever come across. She will trick you into believing you need something done for your pet only to steal from you and overcharge you. Run away quickly for there is no customer service when it comes to this place especially their horrid office manager. She is the true definition of RUDE!!! Plus, this DR killed 8 dogs under her care in 2007 and has an "F" in the BBB standings. AWFUL place!!!

Wow, some of the people who have written reviews here are pretty crazy themselves. I've brought my dog to Dr. Randolph for a few years now and I've never seen any yelling at the staff or had my CC charged without my consent. I'm not saying that didn't happen to other people and yes the place is a little dated but that is a nonissue. The vet and the staff are nice and caring. Do your research. I did mine. It is close to where I live, no frills, no weirdness, I like it.
