This is in response to the previous review. The Doctor’s and Staff of Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital are committed and dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to all of our Clients’ pets. Our philosophies, protocols and treatments are consistent and in accordance with the American Veterinary Medical Association and Florida Veterinary Medical Association. In addition, we are sympathetic to the specific needs of each individual pet and recommend, prescribe and treat according to those individual needs, always keeping the pet’s best interests in mind. It is truly unfortunate, on the rare occasion, conflicts do occur. Addressing these conflicts expeditiously at the time of the occurrence allows us to work together towards a resolution, and benefits both our hospital at the time and later in the future as we continue to strive towards being the best provider of wellness care for our client’s pets. It is apparent the Reviewer, last seen in 2008 at our clinic, has chosen now to submit opinions which demonstrate disappointment in the care received 5 years ago. We are truly sorry that the care received in 2008 did not meet with their satisfaction.

Noah's Ark Animal Hospital is none less than an exceptional place to take your furry friends (among other things). Yes I am the daughter of Tina Stephanz, but several years ago I found an injured bird at my college (45minutes away) and tried to take it to a few local vet hospitals but no one would even look at the bird. Although my mom reassured me that nature would take its course, I still insisted on driving the bird home to Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. I wish I could say the little guy made it, but his injuries were too severe and he passed away. However, Dr. Hunter and the staff at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital gave him fluids and meds to see if he would turn around and get better. Yes I am 'family', but Dr. Hunter and the staff at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital treat all their clients and pets with the upmost respect and genuine care. Thank you for all you do!

They are all the best! Anyone can trust their Pet's care with them. They have taken care of 3 of our dogs, 2 until their passing and they made things as comfortable for them and us as possible.
