I am not going to waste my time explaining the entire visit, but I must say I DO NOT recommend this place. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, but the vet was miserable and does not care about his patients. He was very quick with us and our dog (who had randomly started bleeding from his gums and developed spots on his stomach), quickly assumed it was Staph, and told us we had 2 options: either injection or oral pills. He disregarded the bleeding gums because our dog would not keep his mouth open for inspection (most likely because he was in pain) so the doctor told us "I dont see what you are talking about" and would not talk further about the gums. He then came back and gave the dog 2 shots basically without approval (why did he need 2 shots?) and then prescribed him Celephaxin. He only spent about a minute total with us and charged us $100. And on top of this, our dog had a negative reaction with the medicine and got extremely sick! Also, my parents left their boxer with South Trail when they went on a cruise a few years back and when they picked their dog back up, he had lost almost 30 pounds and looked like a concentration camp victim. Do no bring your pets here, there are plenty of other vets that actually care about animals and put their heart into their career
