My husband and I recently adopted an elderly pet from St. Frances. One of the perks of adopting from St. Frances is a free vet exam, kind of like a "well-child" appointment you would have with you pediatrician. We picked Dr. Gary Berkowitz because he was close to our house and the appointment was free. From the second you met him you know he is a pet lover. He is kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Everything you would want in a vet. We have seen him 3 times since our initial meeting and each time I am more and more pleased and confident with him. His prices are fantastic. He never pushes for costly unnecessary tests or products. He just has such a gentle spirit about him. (One of those people you spend 5 minutes with and feel like you have known them forever.) He seems to honestly and genuinely care, wanting follow up calls just to make check on her. Five out of Five stars. I feel so blessed to have found him!
