I took my dog before noon on a Saturday to the vet because he had not been eating and was very lethargic. He was given a physical exam and told we needed blood work that would be in by Monday. He was given a shot that was supposed to help him eat, which it did not. He still did not eat the rest of Saturday or Sunday. Monday morning I called and spoke with the vet, asking if his results were in because he had worsened over the weekend. He started getting a drunken like walk and looked very dizzy and disoriented. She proceeded to tell me that they were not in and there was nothing I could do until she got his blood work back and she would call me later that day with the results. At this point my dog has not eaten in 4 days. I waited and nothing Monday. I still did not hear anything back Tuesday morning. I took it upon myself to call around to other vets and ask what normal turn around times were for blood work. I was told 30 minutes for urgent blood work and 24 hours maximum time. This aggravated me. I called them and told them I needed my dogs blood work faxed to another vet that I was tired of waiting and this was ridiculous, he is wasting away suffering in front of me! I was then told that my results just happened to be in when I called. I am very disappointed with the lack of urgency they had for my dog. This process should not have taken this long. He was put in prolonged suffering because they lacked the care to get him treated. If your dog is in urgent need of care I would suggest taking him else where!!

I've been taking my dog to Dr. Reddy for several years now and couldn't be happier. In fact, I've referred 3 friends to him and they are all pleased as well. Keep up the good work.

The best Pet Hospital!!! I think Dr. Reddy and all the staff at Seven Oaks are the best. I brought my 20 year old cat Woody in 6 six months ago with chronic renal failure. Ii had just been at the Tampa Vetrinary ER the night before and the ER informed me that there was no hope for him and that he only had a few days left to live. I felt that I had to try something so they suggested Seven Oaks. I got to Seven Oaks at 7:30 am with Woody and there I found an angel by the name of Nancy. Her smiling face, possitive and caring words made me feel so much better after a sleepless night of crying. After I saw Dr. Reddy he was also extremel kind, caring, gentle with Woody and said he didn't think it was the end for Woody. Since that time the entire staff has made me and Woody feel like family, They treat Woody with the utmost care and have done a world of good for him. They all treat Woody as if he was their own. I am pleased to say that Woody reached his 21st birthday in December. To think the the ER wanted me to put him down that day. I am so glad that I listened to my heart and found Seven Oaks. I can't thank Dr. Reddy, Nancy and the staff at Seven Oaks Pet Hospital for all the exceptional care, compassion and love they provide their patients and their owners. They are the very best! I can't give a higher recommendation!

I really like Seven Oaks Pet Hospital. My two dogs (Pepper, pit bull mix and Biscuit, Lab Mix) Enjoy going there. I was happy to see they even loved my pit bull mix( a lot of people give them a bad rep since their a"bully breed") however they treat her like any other dog and give them lots of affection. HOWEVER, there was only one incident that happened. They gave me my dogs meds to take home and give to him, well they gave him the wrong dosage...it was for dogs muchhh heavier than him...I thnk if i didn't notice it was the wrong dosage he could have died or got very sick. however, they were very sorry and I believe that girl did get fired for it. In all besides that incident they are a good vet. Very "high class". You just have to be careful with anywhere you go because accidents do happen, everywhere.
