The staff was not caring or professional when I tried to call with a question. I wanted to know if they offered a particular service but I never got the chance to ask them as they immediately put me on hold upon answering the phone! After waiting and waiting on hold, someone did pick up the phone asked me my name and then immediately put me back on hold because I wasn't the person they were looking for!! Eventually I did give up after over 20 minutes of waiting and rudely being put on hold TWICE! If this is the type of service I can expect from this clinic then I will gladly go elsewhere! I cannot tell you how disgusted and insulted I am.

Wow talk about the best. Lee (Dr. McBride) is a tuff cookie but when it comes down to it hands down she is the best. Yes it is hard to get in as a first time client. But that speaks volumes to the kind of doctor she is. So many people travel from literally around the globe just to have her to ear crops. She is an artist to say the least. She is old school as well. She is renowned for her veterinarian skills, ergo the waiting list. But once your in, your in with a skilled and hands in vet. It took me forever to become a client but ever since, she is a phone call away.

Dr McBride and her staff are outstanding. She is blunt, straightforward, and doesn't suffer fools gladly, which probably explains the 1 star reviewer. She is a pro.

I highly recommend Dr. McBride! She is one of the best vets in Florida. I drove 2 1/2 hours every other week for two months so that she could crop my dobermans ears and dock his tail. She is an artist and has been doing this for decades and my dog's ears are perfect. His health was the #1 priority and she saved him from certain death when he was a puppy and now he's a handsome and healthy adult! Thanks Dr. McBride!
