The overall experience with their vet services was great, however, the price they charged for an E-Collar, not so great. $15 for an E-collar that did not fit properly and fell apart after one night. I highly recommend NOT purchasing the one from Paws and purchasing one of better quality and price from Petsmart prior to picking up your pet. Paws will not issue a refund, only a exchange.

Back in Jan of this year a close friend adopted a pitt named Chance Baggett.He was micro shipped there and neutured there as well. someone being reckless ran him over last nite ,they didn't even get out of the car to see what they had run over.thank God it wasn't a child.Thing is ,Chance is very much a child to his owner , he is family.The vet bills will be astronomical,this will also be a long and tedious affair.Yet we have to face it as a family,and do our very best my our son chance. I reached out to Paws for help and guidence and they immediately began helping with calls and support.This is all about the love of animals and those that love them and care for them.Thanks Paws for all your help and kindness.

I adopted a cat from them last week. At first I had looked at Animal Care and Control, but the cats available (only 4) were not very social. So, I decided to check next door at PAWS when I saw the building. The woman at the front desk was friendly and said that I could just go into the rooms and look/pet the cats. They had several rooms with 3-4 cats loose inside. You could go in and see which one you may like. I had my daughter with me. She is going to be 2 in May and I like how they let her go with me. After I narrowed it down to two cats, I told the woman at the front. She told me some more about those two. I asked about if they would do good with my daughter. The woman actually went to both cats I was interested in and messed with them some to see how they would react to my daughter if she were to pull on them, etc (she pulled their whiskers and tail, picked them up). I ended up picking one and filling out the application. The application was straight forward. Anyways, I ended up taking my cat home that day. So bring a carrier if you plan to take home that day. He was 85 and is neutered, tested for things, and microchipped. I also got a free initial visit at a local clinic (just took him today). Granted, I did pick the friendliest cat when I went there, but so far this cat has been wonderful. He is healthy and very friendly. The lady at PAWS was friendly and I had a great experience. If we chose to get another cat in the future and we still live here (husband in the Army), I am going to go look at PAWS before any where else.
