Agree, they seem to be purely money based, but, we did not have an ER situation so money was not addressed until after and instead of a postdated check til payday, they required me to use a low rent credit card from GE. Never have been pleased with there up-charging and high pressure, your a bad pet owner if you don't go for all the bells and whistles attitude. Glad I had an option when I was ill and needed my dog cared for, but I can't say anything better about them.

My cat had stroke tonight, he's laying on the floor dying and I call their ER line. With zero compassion in her voice the Doctor informs me that short of 700 bucks upfront there's nothing she can do. Which don't get me wrong I understand she should get paid for her services but to be so cold about a dying pet shows me she could careless about anyone's pets. I say avoid this clinic unless you can pay the absurd prices as it's only money that moves their hearts. O and it has to be upfront, no payment plans here. I guess poor people and their pets don't deserve care.
