This place is fine for minor check ups and vaccinations, but I will not be taking my animals here for anything beyond that ever again. I've been coming here for a couple years and my cats have only ever needed to get their yearly vaccinations. This week we had a minor incident and had to make an emergency visit. I called and asked if we could come in and I was told that we needed to be there by 8 pm on the dot. This was at 7:45 pm and I told staff that I was clear across town and we were leaving ASAP, but I was unsure if we could make it by 8 pm. She asked the vets and they said it had to be by 8 or not at all. While rushing over there I called again to say we were on our way, and we could definitely make it before 8:05. She put me on hold again to ask and still I was told no and that it had to be 8 on the dot. Thankfully we pulled up at 8 pm and made it, but I'm incredibly unhappy with the lack of personal relationship and compromise. We will be finding a new vet clinic.

We have taken our Chocolate Lab puppy there for the all of his puppy visits and one unplanned visit. One vet was very direct, but not rude. The other very friendly and informative when we thought the puppy had parvo. Will be taking our older dog there next and will post our experience. So far I am very happy with the service and the pricing.

This place is terrible. The staff is super nice, but the vets themselves are awful. They are rude, and make you feel like you are a nuisance. I took my cat there, because she was having severe diarrhea they did a stool sample, and never even looked at my cat. He walked in talked at me, and walked out. Never even asked if I had questions or anything. Unbelievably rude! I will not ever take my cat back. I took her to another vet, and they ran another stool sample, and turns out she had something completely different then what the vet a afford a care said. They may be cheap, but apparently they feel that is reason enough to be inconsiderate and rude!!!

We took our coonhound here because she had a lump on her hip, they said it was a spider bite and prescribed an antibiotic, after 4 weeks it didn't go away. Had her rechecked here, still says bite. so I took her to Avondale for a second opinion. After pulling a sample we found out it was mast cell cancer! We of course had it removed immediately at Avondale. This place is good for vaccination updates and other small stuff but I would not take our dogs here for anything of a major concern.

I took my dog there today with a dislocated hip to get a follow up xray and the vet i seen was unfriendly and didn't want to give us one, then proceeded to examine her sore leg without muzzling her so my dog did what any dog would do and nipped at her. This vet was so unprofessional she yelled at me and walked out of the office slamming the door in my face! Worst experience ever for me and my dog!
