I have been a customer for a while and had no complaints till my last visit. I paid a lot of money for the surgery even though I could get the same procedure at my other vet for half the price. The issue came back a couple weeks after the surgery. The surgery is supposed to be a permanent fix if done correctly. I called them thinking they would honor their work and re-do the surgery on their dime or at minimum a discount. They did not. It's a shame that they treat their loyal customers the way they do.
